Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Package Center Supervisor to lead our operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving service levels, and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently track and evaluate service objectives to ensure alignment with business goals
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service processes and procedures
Collaborate with senior management to determine improvement areas and raise performance expectations
Develop and maintain Operational Excellence databases to ensure best practices and service trends are available to department personnel
Provide ongoing feedback and support to OPS Managers to improve performance
