We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for taking care of customer inquiries related to our Omnipod Insulin Management System.
Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include responding to inbound calls, resolving customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner, coordinating product shipments, and providing support to customers. You'll also play a crucial role in encouraging customer compliance with product utilization.
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive package, including two salary options: 950€ gross/month, including free accommodation in a shared flat with all bills included, or 1,400€ gross/month, excluding accommodation. Additionally, we provide benefits for international candidates, such as reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc., and various social events organized by the company.
