As Community & Events Associate in Lisbon, you will play a pivotal role in activating the local Le Wagon community, including students, alumni, leads, and partners. Your responsibilities will involve supporting daily operations, planning and hosting community events, marketing our brand, and forging partnerships.
The ideal candidate has less than 2 years of work experience and possesses strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese. You should be outgoing, empathetic, and sociable, with a knack for networking and proven track records in organizing marketing events and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations, from campus setup to student care and motivation
- Plan and host community events, tech talks, and career sessions
- Connect with alumni for tailored events and engaging communication
- Market our brand: Organize and promote marketing events to showcase Le Wagon and attract leads
- Coordinate with sales teams for effective event follow-up and conversion
