Responsibilities- Provide top-notch service to all clients and guests, ensuring company standards are met and utilized effectively.
- Complete the agreed enquiry process through to invoicing, maximizing conversion and sales opportunities using designated tools.
- Take ownership of duties and tasks assigned, ensuring timely and professional completion.
- Danish native or fluent level (C2).
- Advanced English skills (at least C1) both verbally and written.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation abilities, attentive listening, and superior writing skills.
- Proven experience in handling reservations and sales.
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments and build strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.
