We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Fashion Customer Service Expert to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including email, social media, WhatsApp, and chat. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, products, and general customer support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide solutions and share customer feedback for future improvement.
- Represent the Homerun B.V. brand in all customer interactions, embodying our values and commitment to quality customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems as needed.
About You:
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and is proficient in English. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to think creatively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
