Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Financial Services Representative to join our European Ship-To-Collect Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our European organization and largest customers in all matters related to cash application, invoice disputes, and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards.
  • Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve.
  • May escalate complex issues to senior team members.

Requirements:

  • Required experience in collections and disputes, contact with customers, and root cause analysis.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, Microsoft Office and PC skills, numerical skills, team working skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • English is mandatory, and other desired languages are German, French, Italian, and Spanish.
