We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. This role is responsible for providing expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system.
About the RoleThis position involves traveling extensively throughout an assigned geography, attending cases in labs of hospital accounts, and developing relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary resource for clinical support in areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
- Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device.
- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts and identify key decision makers.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong understanding of complex technical and clinical details.
- The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and local language (C1 minimum).
- Ability to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player skills with excellent collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
