As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Giving customer support by handling customers' questions and concerns about our product/service;
  • Managing all different types of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email;
  • Taking an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seeking continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An advanced level of German (written and oral) (C1);
  • Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months);
  • High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
  • Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure;
