Job SummaryThe Change Management Lead will be responsible for guiding transformation efforts on behalf of the Centre of Excellence. This role requires extensive experience in change management and involves close collaboration with the director and team members to achieve successful outcomes.
Main Objectives- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives into daily operations.
- To monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations to enhance outcomes.
- To identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- To create and deliver training programmes and support materials.
The Change Center of Excellence (COE), part of the Portfolio & Governance Office, is the driving force behind effective change management at Phiture. We empower our organisation to navigate the complexities of transformation by focusing on the human side of change.
