Job Title: Android Technical Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Android Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Alter Solutions Group. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Android-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies and trends.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Android technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of Android APIs and development tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English.
