We are seeking an Android Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Alter Solutions Group. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical issues with Android applications and APIs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve ticketing-related concerns

• Utilize test devices, debugging tools, and development tools to triage issues

• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support

• Familiarity with APIs (REST-based and/or related libraries)

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least 3 days at the office

• Must be living in Portugal
