**Overview**

Faurecia Aptoide Automotive is a leading innovator in the automotive industry, combining a start-up spirit with a first-class manufacturer to develop the largest Apps Market for cars.

We are seeking an IT Support Help Desk professional to join our team in Lisbon, where our teams design innovative technologies by developing an Android Apps Market for major car manufacturers and offer the end customer an intuitive connectivity experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide IT support for IT hardware at the office and lab, including computers, network equipment, printers & scanners, and applications.

Set up and maintain lab equipment, such as Android test benches for remote access and automotive test benches for remote access.

Manage lab and office inventory, user enrollment and disenrollment, and access control.

Provide technical support across the company, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

**Requirements**

Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Experience in a technical support role, preferably in IT or electronics-related fields.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Basic understanding of electronic components and circuitry.

Familiarity with soldering and wiring techniques.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.

**Nice to Have**

Prior experience working in an electronics lab environment.

Any IT or electronics certifications or technical degrees.

Familiarity with Android and web technologies.

Some programming skills.

Electronic instrumentation or remote control or data logging.

Stay informed about industry trends.

Be curious and eager to learn.
