Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to our Omni pod-Product, an Insulin Management System.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner
- Managing orders and coordinating product shipment to customers
- Providing support and direction to customers, including education on product utilization
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluent French speaker with a good level of English
- Energetic and innovative approach
- Able to work proactively and think critically
- Excellent communication skills
- Intercultural mindset, willing to work with various nationalities
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Signing bonus of 1500 euros
