Beaumont Select is expanding its operations and seeks experienced Global Procurement Managers to lead our procurement team.
This role requires a proven track record in end-to-end procurement, ideally from a services perspective. You will be responsible for managing multiple category areas and overseeing a team of Procurement Specialists to deliver strategic procurement programmes.
As a Global Procurement Manager, you will have opportunities to drive process improvements, develop global strategies, and implement SRM programmes. This role also involves coaching and developing your team to achieve business goals.
Our company offers flexible working arrangements, allowing for 2-3 days per week in our Lisbon office. This opportunity provides a chance for career advancement and personal growth.
Candidates must have team management experience for this role.
