Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process for new PSP partners.
- Provide guidance and support to new PSPs during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet onboarding requirements.
- Develop and maintain onboarding resources and documentation.
- Train internal stakeholders on new PSP partners and their offerings.
- Monitor onboarding progress and address any issues promptly.
- Improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with PSP partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support PSPs with their daily needs and operational requirements.
- Work closely with the Payment team to track KPI's, trends, and overall performance.
- Align business needs and expectations with PSP performance management.
- Be the primary point of contact for all PSP needs and communications.
