Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing the portfolio of clients for our worldwide brands.

Salary and Benefits

Our compensation package includes:

  • A competitive salary of €1700 gross/month (including free accommodation) or €1400 gross/month (excluding accommodation)
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
  • Private health insurance included from the first day of contract
  • A one-year fixed-term contract, renewable every year
  • 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days a week) on a rotative schedule

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Global Sales Representative will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries, emails, web contacts, and orders
  • Qualifying new potential clients and leads
  • Providing solutions to customer needs
  • Upselling and cross-selling
  • Building and enriching client databases
  • Creating business opportunities and increasing revenue from accounts

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native Czech language skills and a good level of English
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation and commitment to your work
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
