About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate customer service professional to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer care and driving process excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Consumer Care Manager in developing and executing consumer care plans that align with quality standards.
  2. Handle complex cases and special complaints that cannot be resolved by suppliers, overseeing device troubleshooting and replacement processes.
  3. Manage day-to-day activities with consumer care partners, maintaining regular contact and alignment with local and HQ support functions.
  4. Evaluate and improve consumer feedback management processes to ensure timely follow-up actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and coordinate return processes for complaint product samples.

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Fluency in English (C1) and Portuguese required; knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in computer skills at an advanced level
  • Independent work style with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Effective stakeholder management and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work well in teams

Salary:
