Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Providing product information and making sales recommendations;
- Handling returns, exchanges, and other customer concerns;
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A native level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Experience in customer service (preferred).
