About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Healthcare Operations Analyst to join our team at knok. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in analysing, planning, and implementing strategies to balance the demand and supply of our healthcare services.

Using internal historical data and predictive tools, you will promote optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and be highly autonomous, excelling in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyse day-to-day operational performance to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimised financial outcomes.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to guide senior management's decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Produce detailed reports, presentations, and documentation on operational activities, performance metrics, and resource management.
About You

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in an analyst, controller or management role.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector will be a major advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with database management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
