Blu Selection is seeking a highly motivated German Speaking Business Development Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
  2. Identifying sales opportunities and acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business space
  3. Performing consultative work to provide tailored solutions for clients' business goals
  4. Gathering feedback on advertising products to ensure continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native-level proficiency in German and a good level of English (at least B2)
  • A high school degree or already a bachelor's degree
  • A sales or marketing background
  • A general understanding or interest in online marketing products
  • The ability to think strategically
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
