About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager (Japanese Speaking) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients
- Understand client business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the technology sector
- Service delivery experience is preferred
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
