Crew Planning Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crew Planning Coordinator to join our team at VistaJet. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating crew activities to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement crew rosters to meet operational requirements
  2. Plan and schedule recurrent training on our fleets, including line training and ALCs
  3. Manage crew requests and track '94 days-off in a year' periods
  4. Coordinate logistics for company strategy events and schedule training on the aircraft
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience as a Crew Planner with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing applications, preferably with experience in Acrobatico or similar crew planning software
  • Familiarity with EU-OPS Subpart Q is beneficial
