Account Management Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Management Administrator to support our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client relationships, and analyzing data to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for administrative activities related to key accounts
- Assist the account manager in monitoring and addressing key account needs
- Manage client projects to align with both client objectives and company goals
- Represent the Account Management team in client communications
- Export data from Microsoft Power BI and maintain client information in databases
- Act as a liaison between Account Management and internal teams through our ticketing platform
- Identify challenges and areas for improvement within the Account Management process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- Proficient with web technology applications and Microsoft Office Suite products
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken French and English
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
