Bosch Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Finance & Controlling team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for building and leading a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants for Finance & Controlling in a scaled agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and coach the team to continuously improve performance and cooperation within the team and with other teams of the scaled agile environment.
- Ensure that the team has the right competences and resources available in alignment with the upcoming product roadmap.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog with a view to the program and product priorities and considering all stakeholders.
- Networked communication: Analyze and optimize processes in cooperation with the respective business departments.
- Think holistically: Align with other process areas to ensure consistent integrated process- and IT solutions.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Engineering or equivalent.
- Personality and Working Practice: Excellent communication skills and a confident behavior.
- Experience and Knowledge: Many years of experience in functional configuration, design, and implementation of IT solutions in SAP Finance and Controlling.
- Experience in working within a scaled agile environment (SAFe or similar) in an IT-related department in a Product Owner or similar role.
