Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Teleperformance Portugal. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our client's business growth in existing markets and beyond. You will need to have a strong background in digital marketing and sales, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and a good level of English.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting closed deals in their first 15 days up until the final activation and support;
- Engaging with agencies to introduce Spotify inventory in their approach to brand clients;
- Building supportive communities and acting as an anchor for our client;
- Maintaining a high level of performance in terms of sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English – B2 Level (mandatory);
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing (added value if you have agency background);
- Prior sales experience with a proven track record;
- Comfortable with cold calling, target driven and experience in managing a sales pipeline through a CRM;
- A know-how in marketing/digital agency works, buys and sells;
- Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and relationship management experience;
- The ability to explain complex concepts in simple sentences that anyone can understand;
- The enthusiasm to service clients with knowledge, expertise and a spark.
