Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Back Office Tasks: Prepare quotes and contracts, manage order intake, and perform warehouse administration tasks.
  • Product Selection: Select products that meet customer demand, focusing on optimal pricing and margins.
  • Order Management: Coordinate orders with suppliers and enter them into the system.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of licenses and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business or IT).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
