Job Role

You will join our Product Success Team as a Product Manager for the Accessory category, responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive product portfolio that meets customer needs and drives sales.

Responsibilities

  • Owning one or more product categories, ensuring they align with customer needs, are easy to understand, and drive sales.
  • Collaborating closely with country teams, R&D, design, operations, and procurement to ensure effective product development and launch.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the product range and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in category management, product development, or a comparable role.
  • Strong ability to work cross-team and manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Capacity to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • An international background that enables you to approach problems from diverse perspectives.
  • A passion for developing brands from a holistic perspective.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, spotting opportunities everywhere.
  • Fast, pragmatic, and proactive, with high energy and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English.
