About Eugenia Talent Recruitment:

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their full potential in the world of digital solutions (SaaS).

The Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and guide users through the SaaS platform and mobile app;
  • Develop customers' best practices according to their professional structures;
  • Ensure points of contact are well trained on the products;
  • Define and apply strategies to optimize usage;
  • Inform clients on their performances and updates;
  • Share with the team any highlights that could be useful to improve the product/solution;
  • Stay up-to-date in terms of IT innovations;

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills in Spanish & French;
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales environment;
  • Comfortable with IT & digital solutions;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
