We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their full potential in the world of digital solutions (SaaS).
The Offer:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and guide users through the SaaS platform and mobile app;
- Develop customers' best practices according to their professional structures;
- Ensure points of contact are well trained on the products;
- Define and apply strategies to optimize usage;
- Inform clients on their performances and updates;
- Share with the team any highlights that could be useful to improve the product/solution;
- Stay up-to-date in terms of IT innovations;
Requirements:
- Great communication skills in Spanish & French;
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales environment;
- Comfortable with IT & digital solutions;
- Excellent organizational skills;
