Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our hospitality team in Lisbon.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via email, chat, and phone. Your duties will include:

  • Booking management: altering, canceling, or creating new reservations
  • Assisting clients with inquiries and requests in the after-sales process
  • Managing the reservations back-office: ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A native level of French and a professional level of English (C1-C2)
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Possess a valid work permit for Portugal
