Join Our Client's TeamWe are on a search for detail-oriented, proactive, and sales-savvy individuals for the role of Social Media Marketing Representative with Dutch and English (Hybrid Model of Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Key Responsibilities:- Introduce yourself as the marketing consultant for client ad accounts and build and foster positive business relationships.
- Hold Zoom/Teams meetings to understand client goals, analyze ad accounts, and develop tailored strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide daily campaign optimization tips and strategic advice.
- Make outbound calls to update clients, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and track campaign ROI using CRM.
- Deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and progress.
- Excellent Dutch and English (written and spoken C1 level).
- 2+ years of experience working in marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM is desired.
- Great communication and sales skills.
- Good at building and maintaining client relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to multitask.
- Motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
