Our Software Factory in Porto is currently seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage social media accounts and run paid campaigns
* Develop social media content from ideation to designing visuals and crafting engaging copy
* Develop engaging video and static assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels
* Create and implement social media marketing strategies, including content calendars and performance measurement
* Supervise community engagement, moderate comments, and monitor daily interactions with posts
* Create monthly reports and campaign performance reports to provide actionable insights and suggestions for improvements based on the data
* Follow social media trends and make recommendations for optimization and innovation
* Design visual presentations for advertising and create visual content such as infographics and other assets for websites, print material, and point of sales material
Key Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or similar education in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
* 2+ years of proven experience using graphic design and social media for brand building
* Experience with design tools such as Figma (mandatory) and Adobe Creative Cloud
* Experience with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (mandatory)
* Passion for and good knowledge of social media
* Experience in B2B marketing
* Experience in designing creative layouts for print and digital channels
* Good at crafting compelling copies
* Experience with Hootsuite would be appreciated
* Video editing skills with tools such as Adobe Premiere or similar is a plus
* Knowledge in further Digital marketing such as SEO practices is a plus
* Fluency in English. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
