Job Description: Enterprise Client Success Director
You will lead our Enterprise Customer Success Specialists in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your focus will be on the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum utilization of our platform. You will work closely with our c-level suite to develop strategies and create scalable processes to serve customer segments effectively. Responsibilities include:
  • • Developing relationships with event managers and directors of a global clientele
    • Creating processes to serve customer segments as effectively and quickly as possible
    • Reviewing and improving customer experience constantly
    • Providing insight to strategic project planning and delivery execution oversight
    • Nurturing and developing a multicultural and fast-growing team
    • Giving feedback to product development and support sales processes

Pre-requisites:
Experience in customer success, project management, or enterprise software sales is required. Experience in leading projects from scratch, preferably with a team. Upselling and cross-selling experience are highly valuable. Proficient English. Tech startup experience is a plus. Ability to work with different time zones.
Benefits:
This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.
