**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our growth in the European market through strategic business development planning, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of our Real World Evidence solutions in the European market.
  • Identify and target potential clients within pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and research organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
