The role you'll be applying for is as a Customer Advisor, working remotely from anywhere in the mainland of Portugal. You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to employees using our client company's insurance via email and telephone, adhering to company policies and procedures, and managing customer contacts digitally and handling inbound calls and written communications within established guidelines and goals.
As a Customer Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global brand, provide excellent customer service, and enjoy a relaxed lifestyle in Portugal's pleasant climate. If you're passionate about customer service, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a remote environment, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a native level of Italian and at least a C1 level of English, a high school diploma or University Degree, and experience in handling inbound calls and written communications. They should also be able to do the first week of training in Lisbon in the office starting from 6.5 and be willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a gross monthly salary of €990, plus a performance bonus of €120 from the fourth full month. We also provide help with acquiring the NIF and SSN, a relocation package of €360 per month for the first six months, and up to €200 for the cost of a travel ticket. Additionally, we offer paid professional training, fun and engaging company-wide initiatives, and an excellent work culture.
