About the Role:

The Industrial Relations Business Partner will play a key role in mobilising, organising and influencing stakeholders across our network. Strong relationship and communication skills are essential as you will work with a diverse group of representatives from across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure positive and productive relationships with unions and works council partners while leading industrial agreements, managing negotiations and recording related data.
  • Balance challenge and engagement while adhering to the overall easyJet strategy.
  • Work with HRBP and the central IR team to integrate the IR agenda and raise IR awareness among line management.
  • Stay up to date with employee legislation, ensure compliance and manage changes through policy updates and coordination with Service Operations.
  • Manage relationships with local employment law providers.

Requirements:

  • A highly skilled and experienced IR specialist with a strong focus on business and commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to balance cost, quality and fairness to deliver the best value for easyJet.
  • Delivery-focused and possess a creative approach to problem solving, with previous IR experience including negotiations with trade unions and work councils across Europe.
  • Strong data analysis and persuasive problem-solving skills to drive change and improvement.
  • A successful track record in project management, negotiation and interpersonal skills is required.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to work well under pressure are critical.
