Virtual Sales Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Sales Consultant to join our team in Lisbon. As a Virtual Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in converting leads into tangible business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into sales by assessing all move requirements and evaluating business opportunities.
You will work closely with our sales and operational team members to ensure seamless coordination of leads. Key responsibilities include contacting customers, collecting necessary information, evaluating business opportunities, and using our preferred virtual survey tool to evaluate customers' inventory.
This role requires strong communication skills, both written and on the phone, as well as an assertive personality. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. A self-starter with a sense of urgency in driving to reach goals is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will have customer service or tele-sales experience, preferably in the logistics/mobility industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and good English language skills are also required. Additional language skills are a plus.
