Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team. As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing employee data, including benefits, contracts, and payroll information. You will also contribute to matters related to labor relations, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees.

This role demands a detail-oriented individual passionate about fostering a people-centric environment. You will be the go-to person for various HR-related matters in the company, encompassing tasks such as employee lifecycle management, HR data analysis, and HR legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data, including benefits, contracts, and payroll information.
  • Contribute to matters related to labor relations, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures that align with company policies and goals.
  • Provide support on operational HR topics, including compliance and work labor law.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee-related inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Background in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology/Management.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably 5 years.
  • Proficient in operational HR topics, including compliance and work labor law.
  • Experience working with ERPs like Navision, SAP, Cegid, etc.
  • Proven experience working with MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel (medium to advanced level).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
