The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, fluency in French and English, and a strong motivation to provide top-notch support services.
Key Responsibilities- Solve issues during the booking process, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
- Provide instructions and take an active role in finding suitable bookings that meet client requirements.
- Follow up during vacations, offering effective solutions, including refunds when necessary.
- Take ownership of current and expanding client networks, fostering long-term relationships.
- Manage lead generation and develop strategies to attract high-quality leads.
- Offer exceptional customer support as required by the company.
- EU citizenship or valid residency card.
- Fluency in French and English.
- A desire to work abroad and explore new opportunities.
- A passion for travel and culture.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Type of contract: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year.
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 7 AM - 7 PM.
- Salary conditions (*) - 2 options:
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month.
- For international candidates:
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
- Airport pick-up.
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
- Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, and more upon arrival.
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
