**About the Job**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Lisbon. As part of this role, you will execute marketing strategies across various organic and paid channels for diverse portfolio companies.

The Marketing team is comprised of data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their user base. Our areas of focus include programmatic paid media, customer engagement tactics, demand generation, marketing automation & MarTech, and Marketing Ops.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies across various growth channels (organic and paid) for diverse portfolio companies with different business models.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Growth Marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, and YouTube ads.

- Test landing pages and creatives to align with KPIs such as CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and incrementally.

- Develop innovative account structures and strategies to achieve business goals, evaluate performance through analysis, and create reports to support data-driven actions and hypotheses.

- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of Growth Marketing, ideally in a start-up environment.
  • A very good understanding of Growth Marketing and its different channels and platforms.
  • Confidence in working with numbers, analysing and interpreting data, with a strong ability to implement basic tracking.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with relevant AI and automation techniques.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, with a fast-learning mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Additional language proficiency in Portuguese is required, with other languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Danish, or Swedish being beneficial.
