Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
  • Provide pre-sales assistance, general inquiries, and technical support.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed.
  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have fluency in Dutch (C1 level or higher) and at least B2 level English. You should also have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
