Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate contract management activities between Sonae Sierra's companies and third parties, ensuring timely debt delivery and respecting contractual obligations.

• Invoicing: Centralize necessary information and documentation for timely invoice issuance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts.

• Contract Management: Coordinate monthly billing to customers according to contract stipulations, providing clarification whenever necessary.

• Archive: Maintain up-to-date invoice archives to facilitate consultation and support service operations.

• General: Provide support to external clients and owners' accountants, ensuring system updates and audit compliance.
