Salary: We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Administration and Contract Support Services (ACSS) Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting contract management, Purchase Order lifecycle management, and Healthcare Professionals Contracting. This position involves enforcing continuous improvement agendas, providing legal support, and managing contract templates and repositories.

  • Support contract management and PO lifecycle management
  • Provide legal support for ACSS, including corporate administration and intercompany agreement management
  • Manage contract templates and repositories creation
  • Support the audit team with requirements and information
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced candidate with:

  • University degree in business or science-based subject
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support roles
