French Speaking Coordinator Role for Document Management

Job Summary
We are seeking a French speaking document control coordinator to support our administration and contract management services across different functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support roles, proficiency in MS Office tools, and fluency in English and French.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day support for contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, and Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Contracting and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes support. Additional responsibilities include managing contract templates and repositories creation, supporting the audit team, recognizing and escalating problems or risks, and adapting to the growth and continuous improvement of the department.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A university degree in business or a science-based subject;
- Fluency in English and French, both in written and verbal communication;
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools;
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels;
- Demonstrates personal credibility and flexibility; and
- Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.

Salary
We offer a competitive salary in the range of 20,000 - 30,000 EUR per annum, depending on experience.
