Job Overview

Entrust, a leader in identity-centric security solutions, is seeking an Efficient Document Coordinator to join their team. This role is based within the Technology department and involves managing the lifecycle of new documents through innovative ML-systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics of documents at various stages of their lifecycle and identifying areas for improvement. They will work closely with Data Analysts, Engineering, and Product teams to test tooling, provide feedback, and create documentation on these processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance metrics of documents and provide approaches to enhance performances where applicable
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in our tooling and provide feedback
  • Manage backlogs of tasks to ensure smooth delivery across multiple teams
  • Create, maintain and communicate standard operating procedures and document knowledge that supports services and operations
  • Provide second-line support for document verification performance inquiries

Salary
