Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Support Services Coordinator with expertise in contract management to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing day-to-day support across different functions to Amgen, including contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Contracting and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes support.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have presentations and data compilation skills, be able to follow processes and procedures necessary to succeed, collaborate with large teams and be set on Project Delivery. The successful candidate will also demonstrate personal credibility and flexibility, a service-minded attitude and clearly explain processes and procedures.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels. Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish, both in written and verbal communication is required. A University Degree, preferably in business or a science-based subject, is preferred. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry and proficiency using MS Office tools are also desired.

Salary Range
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
