Administrative Coordinator for Contract Management

Amgen, a leading healthcare company, is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator for Contract Management. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and offers a unique opportunity to join a diverse team of professionals working together to shape the future of healthcare. As part of our Administration and Contract Support Services (ACSS) team, you will play a vital role in supporting contract management, Purchase Order lifecycle management, Healthcare Professionals contracting, and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes support.
This position involves enforcing the continuous improvement agenda of the Amgen Capability Center Portugal (ACCP) and providing specific legal support for ACSS, including corporate administration and intercompany agreement management. Key responsibilities will include managing contract templates, creating non-legal contract repositories, supporting audit teams with requirements/information, recognizing and escalating problems or risks, and adapting to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.
We are looking for an ideal candidate who has strong presentation and data compilation skills, is good at following processes and procedures, and can collaborate with a large team to achieve project delivery. Required qualifications include a university degree, preferably in business or a science-based subject, fluency in English and French (both written and verbal communication), and proficiency in using MS Office tools.
The successful candidate will also have 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, demonstrating personal credibility, flexibility, and a service-minded attitude. Additionally, knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
