We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Learning and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will have an interest in cloud technology and play a key role in scheduling a calendar of learning resources and events for our Information Technology (IT) colleagues.

The Learning & Events coordinator will be responsible for scheduling workshops, planning webinars, and curating an engaging calendar of interactive learning events. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop, write, and edit high-quality communications to inform colleagues about training opportunities and respond to queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Workshops and Webinars
  • Plan Long-Term Training Calendar
  • Coordinate Training Events
  • Maintain LMS, Excel Dashboard, and SharePoint

As a member of our IT team, you will work closely with stakeholders, department heads, and external providers to align training with goals and fulfill training needs. A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, public relations, communications, or a related field is required. Proven experience in HR/learning coordination, community management, event coordinating, or a similar role within the IT industry is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
