Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Grit Solutions.

This role involves testing software applications to ensure they meet the required standards and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, experience with automated testing tools, and excellent analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and technical writers, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.

A key aspect of this role is to collaborate with the development team to define test cases, develop scripts, and execute tests to validate software functionality and performance. Additionally, the QA Specialist will analyze test results, identify defects, and provide recommendations for improvement.

The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience in software testing.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
