We are seeking an experienced Trainings Officer - Compliance to join our client's team at a renowned bank.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for the delivery of learning programs, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Maintain accurate records in the LMS, tracking training activities and progress.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including compliance officers, trainers, and trainees, to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the training activity.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
- Prior experience in training functions is highly valued.
- French language proficiency (B2 level).
- English language proficiency (B1 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailed-oriented approach.
