**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Financial Expert to join our team at Manpowergroup.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical support to the treasury department in managing cash, investments, and foreign risk exposures.
  • Lead the timely resolution of issues raised by system users and provide complex business design services for development.
  • Independently handle complex problems with minimal supervision and support the ongoing standardization and optimization of treasury systems.
  • Ensure sufficient liquidity is available to fund business units, cash pools, and invest surplus cash effectively.
  • Recommend FX hedges required to ensure currency exposures are within Group Policy.
  • Act as a key point of contact for banks, finance, and IT teams, ensuring effective management of all cash management activities.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Cash and Liquidity:
    • Manage daily reconciliation of treasury bank statements.
    • Run daily treasury operating reports.
    • Ensure completion of daily checklist items on time.
  • Mandates and Systems Controls:
    • Manage global bank account and dealer mandates.
    • Maintain and update counterparty standard settlement instructions.
    • Initiate system static data changes for Group stakeholders.
  • Currency Exposures:
    • Collate and consolidate cash flow submissions from finance functions and operating groups/regions.
    • Analyse, compile, and present completed data to the Treasury Manager.
  • Compliance and Controls:
    • Arrange compliance certificates and asset valuations required by company bankers.
    • Manage overall risk limits and exposures.
    • Oversight of confirmation and settlement processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience within Treasury CoE functions at medium or large companies with international operations.
